New Year's Eve Pairing Dinner by Candlelight in the new Barrel Room.

You will enjoy a reception cocktail followed by a Five Course meal featuring creations from Chef Ryan Jackson. Each course will be paired with your choice of wine, cocktail, or Beer. 

First Course: Lobster Bisque 

Second Course: Burrata with Salsa Verde and Spicy greens 

Third Course: Gnocchi with Champaign Butter and Chives 

Fourth Course: Beef Wellington, Bordelaise Sauce and baby carrots 

Fifth Course: Strawberry Champaign Trifle
