Join us for a Five Course Dinner featuring creations from Chef Ryan Jackson 

Your choice of Wine or Beer Pairing, from various Breweries or Wineries

Reception Cocktail

1st Course: Smoked salmon carpaccio

2nd Course: Cauliflower veloute, guerye croutons, tricolored pickled florets

3rd Course: Wild mushroom, goat cheese, ravioli with white asparagus 

4th Course: Sous vide filet with chimichurri, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, charred green onions 

5th Course: Peaches and cream bread pudding

This is a backroom private event, Limited seating availability. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

After Dinner Hoppy pig will be open for Drink service, Dj, and Champagne Toast.  

Dinner cost $100 Per person Tax and Gratuity Included.
